In the end he can’t cope with the emotional energy required to deal with them both, and Suzi is sent away to an exclusive boarding school in London supplied with a blank cheque book, a huge designer wardrobe and a penthouse flat when she finishes school. Trying to maintain a sense of normality for his daughter and fuelled by long distance guilt, Harry tries to look after Suzi from afar, and he sets her up in an admin job with his London label to keep her occupied. He may be trying to keep his daughter happy, but Harry hasn’t factored in Suzi’s fragile ego and major insecurity. Twenty four hour access to whatever she wants eventually has its fallout. Easily bored, and despite her relationship with film maker Olivier, Suzi is free to pursue an unhealthy obsession with Cain Dunlevy, one of the biggest film stars on the planet, and also to feed her increasingly dangerous habit of Class A drugs.
