Purchases must have been made between Jan. 1, 2011 and May 12, 2017. Get up to $2,500.00 for documented veterinary bills and expenses for pet injury or death caused by the Real Ham Bone For Dogs product; and (2) reimbursement up to $3.00 per bone purchased, with a limit of 10 bones with proof of purchase or a limit of 4 bones without proof of purchase.
